Sumed Flowform Commode Cushion is designed to reduce the risk of pressure ulcers while people are sat on the toilet. People can often spend a extended amount of time on the toilet and this can in some cases lead to pressure ulcers, the Sumed FlowForm Commode Cushion is specifically designed to reduce this risk.

This cushion is completely washable, the gel sits within a welded polyurethane membrane. It can also be used on bath hoists.

This dual purpose pressure relief cushion for continuity of care is a development of the existing  Flowform® wheelchair cushion module. It uses the same Flowform® material in a spot welded module that has been shaped to fit most makes of commodes and bath hoists. The pressure relief cushion is supplied with four velcro straps, which enable it to be fastened to most bases. A stretch towelling cover can be made, to order if required. The Bath Hoist/ Commode Cushion is easily cleaned using proprietary cleaning solutions.

Warning: Please do not try and lift the bathing products from the bathing surface after use without first sliding the suction pumps to the side and off the bottom. The suction pumps are designed not to detach easily in order to maximise stability.
