Our products are delivered by either our own employees or an external courier.
All orders received before 2.30pm on a working day will be processed and shipped that day for delivery the next working day.
Orders received after 2.30pm on a working day or on a non-working day, will be processed and shipped on the next working day for delivery on the working day following this.
So most of our products will be delivered within 48 hours of being made.
Orders for rental products, clean and repair services, or products which require customisation will take longer, please get on touch to discuss your specific requirements.
Delivery Prices
United Kingdom
For orders below £50, we charge £12 (inc. VAT) for delivery to addresses with the UK.
For orders over £50 and below £100, we charge £9 (inc. VAT) for delivery to addresses with the UK.
Orders over £100 are delivered for free to addresses within the UK.
Rest of World
Our products are currently supplied Ex Works to customer outside the UK, so you’ll need to arrange your own shipping. Please feel free to get in touch to discuss your requirements.
