Action Professional Cushion

The Action® Professional™ is a medical cushion designed to sit on top of other cushions and provide an additional 50% cushioning against pressure, shear and vibration for the active user up to High Risk of pressure damage.

Maximum weight limit of 35 Stones (suitable for bariatric users) provided the size of the cushion is appropriate for the user.

The Professional™ Wheelchair Cushion provides exceptional pressure relief for users at risk of skin breakdown, or with a history of pressure ulcers. A full 1 5/8″ thickness of Akton® polymer provides effective weight distribution on a contoured or flat surface. The cushion is suitable for wheelchairs, riser recliner chairs, car seats and other types of seating.

The Professional™ provides an additional 50% cushioning against pressure, shear and vibration. This is significant for active clients using a power wheelchair who have concerns about bottoming-out and the potential effects of increased temperatures (due to foam insulation properties). Comes with Basic Cover. Incontinent and replacement covers are also available.
